Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Reports to: Supervisor
Schedule: Must be able to work 2-5 days per week including weekends and holidays.
Hours: 9:30am – 5/5:30pm, dependent on weather and guest attendance; schedule subject to change through the spring and summer. Occasional after-hours events.

Position Summary
Rides Associates operate and work at the Bug Carousel and Nature Trek, ensuring that our guests enjoy a safe and fun experience.
Ride Attendant (Minimum age of 18)
Essential duties may include:
• Providing excellent service to guests, including maintaining general knowledge of park attractions and amenities, answering questions and finding ways to create a great guest experience, in accordance with WCS standards of guest service
• Monitoring area and communicating with guests to ensure their safety
• Troubleshooting any minor problems that may occur during the ride cycle
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas as instructed
• Maintaining order among guests waiting to enter ride and safely admitting the appropriate number of guests in a timely manner
• Assist as needed with Event Programming events and special projects
Additional Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with holiday, exhibit and events set up
