Seasonal Nursery Operative (Horticulture)

Coletta & Tyson Ltd is seeking Seasonal Nursery Operatives in East Riding of Yorkshire. The role involves working on a production line for various plants, with hours varying by season and shifts typically from 6:00am to 3:00pm. The position offers £11.44 per hour and 28 days of paid annual leave pro rata. This is an opportunity to demonstrate skills for potential permanent positions.
Coletta & Tyson Nurseries is a local horticultural family business growing and suppling plants for the garden to national retailers like B&Q and Morrison’s.

We are looking for seasonal Horticultural Workers to join our team. We have a number of sites in the East Riding of Yorkshire around the Beverley and South Cave areas. The company recruits its permanent positions from seasonal staffing as and when they become available, so this position is a good introduction to the company for you to demonstrate your skills to us.

Specifically, the role will require you to:
• Work on a production line processing a wide range of plants
• Hours of work vary depending on seasonal peaks
• Shift patterns are usually 6.00am – 2.00pm or 7.00am –
3.00pm
• Working week covers Monday to Sunday
• Rate of pay £11.44 per hour
• 28 days paid annual leave pro rata
