Scheduler (m/f/d)

Fluence is seeking a Scheduler with a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience in scheduling and planning construction projects, especially large-scale ones. The role involves creating and updating project schedules, preparing reports, and assisting project managers with cost and time analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and P6 is required. The position is based in Erlangen, Germany, and is a full-time remote opportunity.

Your profile
• University Bachelors Degree
• Professional level of English, German will also be beneficial
• 5-10 years experience in scheduling and planning construction projects, including those valued at €100million or greater
• Well versed in Microsoft project and P6
• Exposure/Experience in construction and electrical grid projectsYour responsibilities
• Build and detail a master schedule for the project according to contract requirements. Some projects may include multiple sites.
• Prepare project schedule updates and reports required by the contract.
• Prepare short-term look-ahead schedules for use by Fluence field forces and subcontractors.
• Record and report actual performance progress and forecast completion of work based on performance to date.
• Prepare evaluations of potential time impacts from change issues or unanticipated conditions in the field.
• Prepare and maintain BLHI’s procurement log to assist in planning and execution of material procurement.
• Assist the project manager and project staff to analyze cost and potential time issues associated with RFP’s.
