Responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to scale activities.

• Serving as a safety champion within the facility.

• Processing all mail (hard copy and electronic) in a timely manner.

• Working with service providers to ensure correct invoicing procedures are followed.

• Interfacing with vendors and suppliers as required.

• Performing reconciliation of work or repair orders to invoices received.

• Properly coding invoices and submitting them for timely vendor payments.

• Covering for the Office Administrator during vacations or absences.

• Keeping accurate records of transactions for inbound and outbound materials.

• Performing monthly safety inspections (fire extinguishers, ladders, emergency exits).

Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
