Job Description

Junna Solar Systems Limited is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and business development for solar rooftop solutions. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and preparing sales reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the solar sector. This is a full-time position based in Kondapur, Telangana, India.
Job Summary:

With a strong presence in the renewable energy sector, we specialize in manufacturing, designing, and installing high-quality solar rooftop systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar industry.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, and distributors.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote solar products.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional content for digital and offline channels.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Educate potential customers about solar energy solutions and benefits.

Sales Operations & Reporting:
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Coordinate with the logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve strategies and increase revenue.
• Assist in pricing strategies and provide market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical solar products to clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
