Full Circle is seeking a Sales Trainer/Manager for Sustainability and Wellness in Lynnwood, WA. The role involves recruiting and managing a Sales Team, overseeing Direct Sales, and implementing initiatives for Residential Canvassing. Candidates should have a strong sales background, team management experience, and a passion for sustainability. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and a valid WA driver's license.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruiting and team management for Direct Sales/Outside Sales, management of the current Puget Sound books of business for Events, as well as the implementation of new initiatives for our Residential Canvassing.Applicants with a proven Direct Sales track record, mastery of recruiting and training best practices and prior canvassing leadership experience will be given first consideration for the position.
