Job Description

Adani Green Energy Ltd is seeking a Sales Strategy professional in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The role involves coordinating market intelligence, preparing reports for senior management, supporting the CMO, conducting market research, and managing communication within the sales and marketing teams. Candidates should have an MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Strategy and 4-8 years of experience. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:-

Work with all teams in sales and marketing department to gather market intelligence and prepare a monthly report for circulation to senior management and promoters.
Coordinate between CMO and other HODs and also with other internal/ external stakeholders.
Prepare MIS reports, MOMs, managing database and information flow as per the requirements of the department.
Help prepare PPTs and talking points for CMO to participate in various industry events.
Gather, analyze and compile data and reports for CMO's decision-making.
Responsible to pull together priorities, follow up on action points, and undertake and execute assigned projects on a regular basis.
Support & facilitate CMO's communication and follow ups with sales and marketing teams.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentations from sales and marketing department.
Conduct market research to identify potential trends, clients, industries, and business opportunities.
Anticipate and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies and plans.
Coordinate with entire sales and marketing team for monthly targets and reports.

Qualifications:-

Post Graduation in MBA/PGDM - Marketing/ Strategy or equivalent (full-time)
4-8 years of experience

Requirements:-

Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a wide range of partners.
Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software package.
Self-starting initiative; to anticipate the needs of executives and plan for them.
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
Ability to be discrete and work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
