Job Description

Are you a go-getter with a passion for helping people and making a difference? We're looking for dynamic Direct Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of Solarity, going door-to-door to educate homeowners about the incredible benefits of solar energy, set appointments and qualify homes for solar.

What You'll Do
• Engage & Educate: Knock on doors, chat with homeowners, and share the amazing benefits of switching to solar.
• Set Appointments: Schedule follow-up consultations and qualify homes for solar.
• Convert Interest to Action: Help homeowners understand the value of solar energy and guide them through the decision-making process to choose Solarity for their solar needs.
• Make an Impact: Every sale means more clean energy in the world and more savings for families.

What We're Looking For
• Sales Savvy: Experience in direct or door-to-door sales is a plus, but your enthusiasm is what really counts.
• Great Communicator: You love talking to people and have a knack for explaining things clearly.
• Self-Motivated: You're driven, independent, and love setting and smashing goals.
• Green Passion: You care about the environment and want to help others make sustainable choices.
