Sanimax is looking to hire a Sales Procurement Manager. This person is responsible for establishing and achieving sales targets by coaching Procurement Representatives in geographic locations throughout the upper Midwest and directly managing large restaurant chain accounts. The Sales Procurement Manager will also support and partner with the Procurement team in maintaining industrial accounts.

Responsibilities
• Managing the Procurement Team to maximize new business opportunities, volume and margins.
• Set goals and objectives and ensure they are achieving KPI's.
• Direct responsibility (with support of regional reps) for key restaurant chain accounts.
• Assure excellent customer service by the team is followed.
• Develop specific strategies for penetration of new business within the region.
• Collect regional market data, develop strategies as grease prices fluctuate and position company accordingly within the market.
• Stay abreast of competition
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly volumes, margin and customers, etc.
• Attend industry events and product shows
• Control expenses by preparing annual budget information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive Results; Set high performance standards and pursue aggressive goals. Strive for constant improvements.
• As a key member of the Vice President's team, contribute to the development of strategy to maximize profitability.
• Participate in the development of promotional/advertising activities.
• Maximize existing systems and support implementation of new systems as arise (CRM, etc.)
Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience:
• Minimum of 5 years business to business outside sales experience with 2-3 years experience leading a team in sales and marketing.
• Experience in the food service industry preferred
• Experience with changing markets and pricing fluctuations
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
