Job Description
Sungrow Israel is seeking a Sales Manager to serve as a Key Account Manager, focusing on driving sales growth and managing strategic client relationships. The role involves contract negotiations, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver client solutions. Candidates should have proven experience in sales management, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Hebrew and English. The position is based in Petah Tikva, Israel.
Your duties
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to act as a Key Account Manager (KAM), driving sales growth to new heights. This role requires a highly skilled professional experienced in contract negotiations, ideally for equipment that requires after-sales service and adherence to performance requirements. The ideal candidate will build and sustain long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and aligning our innovative renewable energy solutions with their needs.
As a Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of strategic client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and lead the entire sales process. You will serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key account customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, securing favourable terms and agreements.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities both locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial, legal, and after-sales teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
Your profile
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in client-focused environments, preferably involving technical equipment.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, especially for contracts with performance and after-sales service requirements.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
