DAVRON, LLC is seeking a Sales Leader for the Renewable Energy Market to drive growth in a remote role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Federal Renewable Tax Credits and experience selling financial products to C-Suite executives. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies for Fortune 500 clients, leading a remote sales team, and collaborating with tax and renewable energy experts. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Leader position include:
• Proven success in selling complex financial products to Treasury/C-Suite executives, with deep knowledge of tax regulations, financial instruments, and the renewable energy market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience working with tax professionals and understanding their unique needs within the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing, fully remote sales team, leveraging outbound marketing strategies and CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting Fortune 500 clients seeking renewable energy tax credit solutions, while leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound marketing efforts and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the Treasury, CFO, and C-Suite levels.
• Collaborate with internal tax, legal, and renewable energy experts to deliver customized client solutions and exceptional service.
• Leverage HubSpot CRM for sales tracking and forecasting, and build partnerships with tax professionals to expand market reach and stay ahead of industry trends.

Salary: $200,000 base + commission (10% of direct deals, 3% of team deals), with bonuses expected to exceed $50,000 in the first year.
