Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve team targets in the solar industry as a Regional Sales Manager.

This leadership role requires an experienced sales professional with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities include mentoring and developing a sales team, analyzing key performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize success.

Key tasks include leading and managing a team, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting weekly sales calls and monthly meetings, and monitoring sales performance metrics.

You will also identify and develop new business opportunities, oversee lead generation efforts, and work closely with potential customers to close deals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of proven inside or outside sales experience, previous experience leading or managing a sales team, and excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
