Job Description:

A leading player in renewable energy solutions is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in solar, battery storage, hybrid systems, and green hydrogen projects. If you're passionate about clean energy and want to make a real-world impact, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Bangalore (Work from Office + Field Work)

📈 CTC: ₹3.6 – 4.2 LPA + Sales Incentives

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, and networking.
• Conduct site surveys and gather customer energy requirements.
• Deliver engaging presentations and customized proposals to clients.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet assigned targets.
• Maintain CRM records, follow up regularly, and coordinate with project teams post-sale.
• Keep abreast of solar trends, competitor offerings, and relevant government policies.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer outreach programs.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or field sales experience (solar preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on knowledge of solar PV systems, both on-grid and off-grid.
• Understanding of energy consumption analysis and basic design logic.
• A ready network of potential customers or industry connections in clean energy.
