Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Associate to engage with potential customers about solar energy solutions. Responsibilities include managing communications, educating homeowners, and achieving sales targets. Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, effectively communicating the advantages of solar energy.
Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and texts to qualify leads and schedule consultations with qualified homeowners.
Educate interested homeowners about solar energy, addressing their questions and concerns during brief interactions.
Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments in the company's CRM and dialing systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and develop leads and referrals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with solar equipment and installation processes.
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce and Quickbase) and dialing systems.
Strong relationship-building abilities and a professional demeanor.
Ability to simplify complex technical information for clients.
Competence with technology and computer systems.
A deep passion for the mission of Brooklyn SolarWorks.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Capability to work independently as well as under moderate supervision.
Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed.

Competitive salary: (20-)25/hr plus commission.
