Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations.

About the Role:

The Safety and Environmental Manager will lead activities to reduce injuries, injury costs, control risks, and establish uniformity in the development and administration of all applicable programs and policies.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices
• Develop and maintain accurate records of EHS activities, including incident reports and corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS strategies and initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Certified Safety Professional certification preferred
• Auditor training through ISO 14001 preferred
