SCM Specialist - Renewables

The SCM Specialist - Renewables at Renewable Energy Corporation in the Philippines will analyze EPC procurement plans, prepare monitoring reports, manage customs documents, and oversee local sourcing. Candidates should have a BS in Engineering, at least five years of procurement experience in the construction industry, project management skills, and familiarity with QA processes. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS software are also required.
Job Details:
• Analysis of End-to-End EPC Procurement plan in line with Project timelines, Critical Paths, and Inventory requirements.
• In charge in the preparation of Procurement Monitoring Reports
• Manage customs and duty free incentives documents
• Manage Local Sourcing

Education / Skill requirements:
• BS Degree - Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical , etc)
• Five (5) years and more experience in Procurement - Supply Chain - Logistics
• Construction Industry experience
• Familiar with QA and Material testing processes
• Project Management experience and mindset
• Exp in MS Software
• Strong Negotiation skills
