Rural Community Outreach
We are seeking a highly qualified postdoctoral researcher to join our team and contribute to the Rural Confluence initiative, a collaborative effort to improve the resilience of rural communities affected by climate change. As part of this role, you will engage with rural community leaders, agricultural producers, and OSU Extension staff to assess needs, conduct research, and develop effective solutions to address the impacts of climate volatility and extreme weather events. Your expertise in environmental/climate economics will be invaluable in informing policy decisions and supporting the development of sustainable agricultural practices.

Research Opportunities
This position offers a unique opportunity to conduct high-quality research on the economic impacts of climate change on rural communities. You will work closely with our faculty and students to design and implement research projects, collect and analyze data, and publish your findings in top-tier academic journals. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to rural locations are also required.
