About the position

Nations Roof LLC is seeking a dedicated Roof Inspector to join our team. The Roof Inspector will play a crucial role in performing roof survey inspections, providing project analysis, and making recommendations to our management team. This position involves making site visits to collect information regarding roof damage and necessary repairs, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and solutions for their roofing needs. The Roof Inspector will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial roofs, which may include large-scale new constructions, renovations of existing buildings, and various types of roofing systems such as green roofs. The role requires the inspector to perform take-offs if the roof is found to be deteriorated, collect measurements, and core samples to determine the roof's composition. Additionally, the inspector will itemize roof equipment, penetrations, curbs, roof drains, and other relevant details. All findings will be compiled into a comprehensive inspection report, which will be essential for the management team to make informed decisions regarding repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities

Requirements
