Reporting directly to the Assistant Operations Manager (Road) within the Transwa division, this role is pivotal in upholding our reputation as a leader in the public transport industry.

About you!

To excel in this role, you should possess.
• Substantial experience in driving passenger vehicles on long-distance country roads.
• Possession of a current Western Australian Heavy Vehicles Drivers’ Licence ‘Class HR or equivalent with 'Passenger Transport Driver’ endorsement.
• Considerable understanding of and adherence to the Road Traffic Act with a safe driving record.
• Sound mechanical aptitude, including the ability to diagnose problems, undertake minor repairs, and report on faults and failures.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills in a frontline customer service environment, with demonstrated conflict resolution skills.

There is currently one permanent opportunity available with an immediate start. This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 24 months.
