Investment Analyst- Natural Capital (6-month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: London/Remote

Our client is a leading natural capital investment manager. They deliver investment solutions focused on generating commercial returns while accelerating the transition to a climate-resilient future.

Role Overview: We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the investment team. The role will work closely with the investment team based in the UK, providing transaction support for natural capital investment opportunities across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the investment team in executing natural capital deals
• Prepare investment materials and financial analysis for senior management review
• Analyse market trends in natural capital and climate investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analysis and insights
• Support portfolio monitoring and reporting activities

Qualifications and Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investments or investment banking
• Experience in NBS investments will be strongly preferred
• Exceptional skills in investment analysis, cash flow modelling, sensitivity analysis and deal structuring
• Experience in developing complex project finance or structured finance models is a strong plus
• Previous experience in creating investment marketing materials and presentations
• Strong academic credentials with degree in finance, economics, engineering, CFA and related fields
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver against tight timelines
