Job Description:

Constellation Service Company is seeking a detail-oriented Risk and Insurance Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on insurance and claims administration, compliance, and contract review, providing hands-on support to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities:
• Insurance and Claims Management:
• Administer insurance claims, ensuring timely filing and resolution.
• Oversee the bonding program to meet compliance requirements.
• Act as a liaison with the company’s insurance broker for policy updates and claims.
• Compliance Support:
• Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct research and provide insights for risk management initiatives.
• Document and Contract Review:
• Review contracts and agreements for potential risks.
• Track and manage outstanding contracts with business units.

Qualifications:
• Experience in insurance administration, compliance, or risk analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:
• Certifications such as ARM, CRMP, or CRIS (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with COI compliance and bonding programs.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
