Richmond Environmental Science Tutor Needed

BuffTutor Network is seeking an Environmental Science Tutor for in-person or online tutoring in Kentucky. Tutors can set their own rates and schedules while assisting high school and university students in STEM subjects. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and prior tutoring experience. This position is part-time and contract-based, allowing flexibility in the number of students tutored.

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1-on-1 in-person or online tutoring to university and/or high school students. We are primarily hiring STEM tutors to assist with courses such as Math, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have at least a 3.0 or better major GPA (out of 4.0).
• Have earned a B or better in the courses you wish to tutor.
• Have at least one year (or two semesters) of experience as a tutor, teacher, teaching/learning assistant or instructor.
• Have excellent communication skills and you must be fluent in the language that you teach in. Foreign Language tutors must be fluent in the Foreign Language they wish to tutor.
