Job SummaryAs a Reverse Logistics Associate, you will be stationed at an individualized processing desk within a specialized fulfillment center zone. You will receive packages returned by customers, open them, and conduct rigorous, tech-guided inspections of the merchandise. You will grade the condition of the items (e.g., Sellable, Damaged, Defective) and route them for restocking, liquidation, or safe disposal. This role demands high integrity, sharp judgment, and excellent computer skills.
