Job Summary of Retail Worker:

At Goodwill, the Retail Worker plays a pivotal function in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless running of store operations. This role involves helping customers with their purchases, accurately managing transactions, and keeping the retail space clean and orderly.

Responsibilities of Retail Worker:
• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Store Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers
• Cashier duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
