Idaho Youth Ranch Inc is seeking a Retail Support and Data Analyst in Boise, ID. As a Retail Support & Data Analyst, you will create transparency within the agency with data driven decisions in our Social Enterprise business. You will join the Social Enterprise team in building relationships with customers, donors and the community to ensure the continued forward movement of our mission.

Must haves:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years successful experience in related field with increasing and demonstrated managerial
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and database systems, automated retailing recording and reporting systems, and merchandise distribution systems.
• Strong analytical problem solving and problem skills.

Our Retail Support & Data Analyst will:
• Collaborate with the Social Enterprise team and senior leadership to execute sales and promotional opportunities through efficient setup and execution of store systems.
• Growth of Social Enterprise financial stability through data collection, analysis and recommendations to leadership team.
• Create, conduct and deliver standardized and ad hoc reports to support business needs
• Analyze and provide recommendations for business based on data findings
