Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representative and Manager
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Universal Energy Solutions as a Renewable Energy Retail Sales Representative and Manager in Sharonville, OH. This partnership with one of the largest Renewable Energy companies and Lowe's Home Improvement offers an exciting opportunity for growth.
About the Role
In this vital retail position at Lowe's locations throughout Akron, OH, you will work directly with customers to promote and schedule interested customers who would like to learn about saving money on their electricity bill by going solar. Your primary focus will be to approach customers, educate them on the benefits of renewable energy, and pique their interest in learning more about this program for the sales team to schedule a visit.
As a representative of Universal Energy Solutions, you will make a direct impact by helping customers transition to sustainable energy solutions that benefit both their homes and the environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and inspire change towards more eco-friendly energy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in retail environments to provide education and promote the benefits of renewable energy solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule interested customers for the outside sales teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales or direct customer engagement is preferable but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage customers and identify their specific needs.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
