Retail - Bike Technician

Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
Utilize expert knowledge of bikes and their components to assist customers in finding the perfect bike for their needs.
Perform bike repairs and maintenance services with accuracy and efficiency, following all safety protocols.
Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and products to provide customers with the most relevant and accurate information.
Educate customers on proper bike maintenance and safety practices to ensure their satisfaction and safety.
Manage inventory levels and stock of bike parts and accessories, ensuring availability for customers.
Assist in merchandising and organizing the bike department to create an inviting and organized shopping experience.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
