SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Team Supervisor/Crew Chief in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves managing restoration jobs, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and completing jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order. This includes responding to service calls, setting up efficient job flow, coordinating requirements, and ensuring accurate job documentation.

As a valued member of our team, you will communicate effectively with customers, establish relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Your ability to supervise production work, monitor assigned jobs from start to finish, and enforce safety procedures on the job site will be crucial to success.

You will also be responsible for explaining processes, answering customer questions, and resolving problems quickly as they arise. Additionally, you will manage job file documentation, control costs, and maintain equipment and facilities.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, experience in cleaning/restoration preferred, and the ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.
• *Responsibilities:**
• Explain processes and answer customer questions
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Manage job file documentation
• Manage and control costs
• *Requirements:**
• Effective written and oral communication
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
