We’re looking for a passionate and commercially driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, deliver standout guest experiences, and shape a workplace culture where people truly thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Inspire and lead a high-performing team with energy, empathy, and pride
• Curate memorable dining moments that reflect our farm-to-fork ethos and Goodwood values
• Manage budgets, costs, and margins with a sharp eye for revenue opportunities
• Develop and coach your team, nurturing talent and creating pathways for growth

• Collaborate with chefs, suppliers, and the wider Estate to deliver excellence
