The Opportunity
In line with our growth, we are currently recruiting for a Resource Coordinator based in our Adelaide Head Office. This is a newly created role designed to support our Construction Manager with the coordination of the HV Electrician team and day to day administration tasks. This is an interesting and varied role; no two days will be the same!
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
Administrative Support & Scheduling: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and provide general project admin support.
Resource & Project Coordination: Assist with resource allocation, project tracking, and documentation.
Enterprise Agreement Expertise: Serve as the point of contact for all inquiries related to the Enterprise Agreement.
Training & Meeting Coordination: Organize training sessions and attend meetings, taking minutes as required.
Leave & Vehicle Management: Process leave requests and assist with vehicle allocations.
Quality Assurance: Support document audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Experiences:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• Experience working in a similar role (engineering or construction industry experience highly advantageous)
• Advanced user in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• High organisation and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• High level of attention to detail
• Adaptable, willing to take on new tasks and show initiative
