Duties/Responsibilities:
• Install residential solar energy systems, including roof-mounted and ground-mounted arrays.
• Ensure systems meet design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site assessments and measure, cut, and assemble solar modules and panels.
• Ground-mount installations, ensuring stability and compliance with local regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solar panel installations.
• Work with a team to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any installation concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and solar technology advancements.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in solar installations, specifically ground-mount systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and photovoltaic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Certification in solar installation or relevant field preferred.
