Baker Home Energy is looking for Roofers of all levels to join our Construction team. Our Roofing team performs roofing-related services for solar projects in Southern California, with a majority of the work in San Diego county. If you have experience roofing (repair or replace), leading crews in roofing, or have general experience in construction, we want to talk to you. We are in need of Roofing Laborers and Foreman/Leads. WHAT YOULL DO:

Perform and assist in a variety of Residential roofing-related services to current and new customers
Provide installation help and work as a team
Perform and assist maintenance, repair, and replacement (re-roof) of roofs
Show understanding of roof systems, materials, equipment, tool, and construction process
Ensure safety standards are followed and met
On our busy season, you will be asked to work over time
TO BE SUCCESSFUL EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

Residential roofing experience preferred (6+ months of roofing or General construction)
Familiarity with all types of roofing, such as, tile, shingles, and metal work a plus
Familiar with hand tools and power tools
Provide outstanding customer service
Valid Drivers License
Exude key competencies, such as, time management abilities, problem solving, and work ethics
