Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed design drawings using CAD software and performing energy modeling analysis for residential and non-residential structures. They will work closely with other members of the design team to ensure accurate and high-quality designs.
Responsibilities
• Create detailed design drawings using CAD software
• Perform energy modeling analysis for residential and non-residential structures
• Develop new and improved designs based on existing ones
• Provide technical support and advice to other members of the design team
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of Energy Modeling Experience
• HERS Rater Certification (preferred), training to be provided
• 3+ years experience in CAD design
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
