About this Role
We are accepting all levels of the HVAC (apprentices, service, installers, maintenance). Most of our HVAC roles make anywhere from $1000-$3000/week. As an HVAC Installation Specialist, you will be expected to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in the field.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Installing HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components to ensure optimal performance.
• Learning and adhering to industry best practices, safety protocols, and company procedures while working on HVAC systems.
• Operating and handling tools and equipment safely and effectively, including gauges, meters, and hand tools required for HVAC work.
• Participating in formal training programs, apprenticeships, and educational courses to develop technical skills and knowledge related to HVAC systems and technology.
• Interacting with customers professionally and respectfully, providing assistance as needed and ensuring a positive service experience.
