Job Title: Research Lead – Impact Assessment, Business & Policy Research

Job Summary:

The Research Lead will be responsible for designing and executing impact assessment studies. conducting on-ground surveys, and generating business and policy research insights. This role involves leading a data-driven research team to evaluate the effectiveness of social schemes, policy frameworks, and consumer trends. The position requires expertise in data science, analytics, business research, and policy evaluation, along with experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), survey design, and stakeholder engagement.

The Research Lead will work closely with government agencies, policy makers, Corporates, NGOs, and business stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations for policy enhancements, market intelligence, and business strategy development.

Requirements

Impact Assessment & Data Analytics
• Lead the design and execution of impact assessment studies for social schemes, government policies, and market research.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate policy effectiveness, business trends, and social scheme accessibility.
• Ensure high-quality data validation, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics for strategic decision-making.

Survey Research & Questionnaire Design
• Develop survey frameworks covering social schemes, policy impact, and consumer behavior.
• Design objective and subjective survey questions to capture meaningful insights.
• Oversee on-ground data collection and digital survey integration for real-time analysis.

Business & Policy Research
• Analyze market trends, business models, and government policies to provide data-driven insights.
• Identify barriers in policy implementation and business strategies through primary and secondary research.
• Evaluate economic and social impacts of policy changes and business interventions.

MIS Development & Business Intelligence
• Develop Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking policy implementation and business performance.
• Work closely with technology teams to build interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Generate business and policy intelligence reports to guide decision-makers.

Policy Recommendations & White Papers
• Translate research findings into policy briefs, white papers, and business reports for stakeholders.
• Provide data-driven policy suggestions to government agencies and corporate clients.
• Develop insights into social welfare schemes, economic policies, and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Thought Leadership
• Collaborate with government bodies, industry leaders, and think tanks to influence policy and business strategies.

• Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, businesses, and research institutions.
