Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced R&D Engineer (Biopolymers) with a Ph.D. in Biopolymers from Tier 1 /A Category Institute and a minimum of 10+ years of expertise in material science and biopolymer innovation. This role is critical in developing next-generation biodegradable films and packaging solutions to support our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead cutting-edge R&D in biodegradable films and biopolymer-based packaging.
Develop and optimize biopolymer formulations for large-scale industrial applications.
Work on scaling up lab research into mass production, ensuring commercial viability.
Conduct material characterization, performance testing, and sustainability assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research institutions, and technology partners.
Stay updated on global regulatory standards and market trends in sustainable materials.

Requirements
Ph.D. in Biopolymers from Tier 1 /A Category Institute.
Minimum 10 years of experience in biopolymer R&D, sustainable materials, or packaging innovation.
Strong expertise in biopolymer processing, material chemistry, and material lifecycle analysis.
Experience in industrial-scale biopolymer manufacturing is a plus.
Passion for sustainability and disruptive innovation in packaging solutions.
Ability to work on-site (5 days a week)
