Responsibilities
• Assist in developing, designing, and conducting research projects in Urban Environmental quality and Climate Resilience.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of urban environmental field observations including water and air quality, and flood and temperature/humidity instrumentation.
,
• Assemble, test, calibrate, clean, deploy, maintain, and coordinate data collection from field instruments.
,
• Assume responsibility for data quality management.
,
• Participate in formulating research methods and suggesting options for improving quality and recommending solutions.
,
• Train users in equipment operation and research techniques, explaining and demonstrating technology and equipment use.
,
• Participate in computer database design and utilization and timely reporting of research/data analyses.
,
• Assist with in-person community event coordination and accomplishment.
,
• Prepare documentation that includes summary findings and reports and co-author publications.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field and two (2) years of related experience, or a Master's degree.

• Experience with research applying temporal data collection, management, and/or aggregation.

Nice-to-haves
• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability or Engineering

• Experience with GIS.
