Clarios is hiring a Senior Software Requirements Engineer for Sustainable Transportation in Milwaukee, WI. We are seeking a talented Senior Software Requirements Engineer to join our team responsible for developing advanced battery systems for electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on requirements management and software development for safety-critical systems. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
• Developing and maintaining software requirements specifications for advanced battery systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in software development
• Reviewing and analyzing customer specifications to identify relevant requirements for battery management software
• Creating and managing test plans to verify software requirements
• Participating in the establishment of standardized common software modules and guidelines
• Collaborating with hardware engineers to develop and implement software-hardware interfaces
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members
