Solar Project Engineer Position
A Private Equity Firm invested heavily in the renewable energy transition across the United States and seeks to grow its organization with a Project Engineer. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to COD, driving late-stage project development and engineering/EPC initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Manage construction and technical aspects of C&I solar projects.
• Play an essential role in areas of Pre NTP development, EPC hand off, and technical O&M support.
• Prepare engineering scope of work, RFP, cost estimates, and bid packages for C&I Solar PV, Ground mount, Carport, and utility-scale projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• NABCEP Associates Photovoltaic Certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of project experience in community solar development, C&I renewables, real estate project management, or related clean energy infrastructure.
