Energy Efficiency Expert
We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team at Solar Alternatives, dedicated to providing energy independence solutions to clients. In this role, you'll support our expanding operations in North Louisiana, ensuring safe and efficient electrical installations while enhancing client energy savings.

Responsibilities:
• Interpret and apply electrical codes, standards, and best practices
• Lead and mentor crew members in hands-on electrical work
• Conduct installation and maintenance of solar power systems, generators, and other energy solutions
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring reliable service
• Document and report on project statuses, including site photos and assessments

Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in solar or generator installation
- Familiarity with project management software
- OSHA training (30-hour) or other relevant safety certifications
- Trade school or college education in a relevant field
