About the Position
• Monitor system performance using data acquisition tools to identify performance issues and analyze system efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance and testing of commercial and industrial solar PV systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and communication issues and develop corrective action plans.

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Degree or technical certification in electrical field preferred).
• Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master preferred). NABCEP PV Installer Specialist or PV Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist certification preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in electrical systems operation and maintenance. Experience in power generation and solar technologies.
