Exus is a next-generation Independent Power Producer that develops, owns, and operates renewable energy assets (Wind, Solar and Battery Storage) while providing world class asset management services for over 5 GW of renewable energy assets to third parties. We are looking for a Renewable Performance Engineering Intern for our Summer 2025 intern program out of our Pittsburgh, PA office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be 8-10 weeks (June through August 2025). This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role upon graduation.

The Performance Engineer Intern will be responsible for supporting the Technical Operations team to perform operational performance monitoring and development of advanced analytics. This internship will be project-based and will require cross-departmental coordination to successfully complete the project assigned. Additional supporting tasks related to performance monitoring, operational reporting, and upkeep of performance metrics associated with renewable energy assets will be required. I

quirements:An
undergraduate Junior or Senior, currently enrolled and attending an accredited college or university. Willing to be in Pittsburgh, PA for the duration of the intern program (this is an in-office role). Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, data sciences, or other technically related field.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in Python, Matlab, R, or other data analytical programming languages.Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.SQL and API experience a plus.
