Reneable Energy Technician

We are looking for highly skilled technicians to join our team and install and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment on roofs and structures.
• Test and calibrate systems to ensure they operate within acceptable power limits.
• Lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and move around rooftops.
• Cut, fit, and connect multiple panels.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks on PV systems.
• Travel throughout the UAE to troubleshoot system issues, perform maintenance, and install solar off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid systems.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in solar panel installation and maintenance, preferably with a background in electrical work or a related field.

Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent, or completion of an ITI Industrial Training program.

Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of PV equipment and installation procedures.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
