The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Renewable Energy Systems Designer. This critical role involves working closely with our engineering manager and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across various sectors. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing detailed electrical designs and calculations for medium and low-voltage systems
• Creating energy models for ground-mounted solar arrays and battery energy storage systems
• Collaborating with internal and external design professionals on electrical and control systems design for hydrogen fuel cell stations, reciprocating internal combustion engine plants, and biogas power generation
• Drafting construction plans for PV Solar plant layouts, electrical single-line diagrams, and equipment elevations

Your Background
To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles, proficiency in drafting software, and excellent analytical skills. A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferably) and NABCEP PV Design Specialist Certification (preferred) would be advantageous.
