Renewable Energy Sourcing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Sourcing Manager to join our procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality solar equipment from qualified suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Accountabilities:
• SOURCE AND EVALUATE SUPPLIERS OF SOLAR EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING PANELS, INVERTERS, BATTERIES, AND MOUNTING SYSTEMS.
• DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC SOURCING PLANS TO ENSURE COMPETITIVE PRICING AND SUPPLY CONTINUITY.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
• CONDUCT SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE REVIEWS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO IMPROVE QUALITY AND DELIVERY.
• LEAD CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS TO SECURE FAVORABLE TERMS AND MINIMIZE RISKS.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of solar components and their technical and commercial parameters.
