Synergy Electric Solutions is looking for driven, self-starting Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Rigby, ID. This is a commission-only outside sales position, where you will generate your own leads, schedule appointments, and close solar deals with homeowners. With average commissions of $4,000–$7,200 per deal, this is one of the highest-paying roles in the solar industry.

What You’ll Do
• Canvass neighborhoods to identify qualified solar leads
• Schedule and return for your own in-home appointments
• Present solar solutions tailored to each homeowner using company tools and proposals
• Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, net metering, and long-term savings
• Submit contracts and coordinate with operations for smooth installations
• Track your own sales pipeline and follow up with discipline

Qualifications

• Comfortable working 30+ hours/week outdoors in various conditions
