Role Description
This is a contract role to work as a Paralegal Prompt Engineer at ContractPower. As a Paralegal Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of our AI-powered contract management platform. This includes improving the prompt functionality for contract queries, ensuring accuracy and relevance of legal information, and collaborating with the team to enhance user experience.
This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work flexibly and contribute to the growth of ContractPower from anywhere.

Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
• Familiarity with renewable energy agreements such as: Power Purchase Agreements, Operations & Maintenance, Lease, Equipment Supply, Independent System Operator Tariffs, and more.
• Experience in legal research and analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote-team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial but not required include experience with AI technologies, familiarity with renewable energy contracts, and knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
