Our client, a prominent player in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Project Manager to oversee critical projects in Boise, Idaho, US . This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage all phases of project development, from initial conception and feasibility studies through to construction, commissioning, and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; managing cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants; identifying and mitigating project risks; and procuring necessary resources and equipment. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, including liaising with local authorities, utility companies, and community representatives. Performance monitoring, reporting project progress to senior management, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations are also crucial aspects of this position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind, or geothermal.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale energy projects. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in project management software and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field are required. A Master's degree and relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are highly desirable. This position is based in our Boise, Idaho, US office and requires regular on-site presence.
