Job Overview
A successful Construction Manager III is required to lead our renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring client requirements are met within assigned schedules and budgets. As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee construction teams, manage project costs, and coordinate activities with suppliers and subcontractors.

About the Role
This is a traveling position that requires frequent site visits across the US. You will work closely with our team to build renewable projects, spending 8-12 months on average per project. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided to support your travels.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate and enforce Wanzek Safety policies among project teams
• Oversee construction workers, supervisors, and other Construction Managers
• Coordinate activities of Construction Managers, Foremen, and construction trade workers
• Monitor project costs, schedule production, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Analyze productivity data and propose improvements
• Develop and maintain project records and paperwork

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Seven years of construction experience, including supervisory roles and overseeing large teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate workers and communicate effectively with superiors
