The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating financial analysis related to project acquisitions and development, modeling debt and tax equity financial structures, and managing closing activities for project M&A, debt, and tax equity financings.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building, running, and auditing complex financial models
• Analyzing valuation metrics across various scenarios
• Synthesizing market intelligence from internal stakeholders, financing parties, consultants, and other external sources into digestible conclusions
• Managing and auditing finance & development marketing materials
• Reviewing and supporting negotiation of project finance or M&A contractual agreements
